Medihelp is a self-help platform on which the end user can find various services right from getting possible help in medical emergency to getting information of medical services in their area.

Currently Medihelp does not charge to the end user for the services. On the other hand, for listing Medihelp charges to the Doctors, Nurses, Hospitals and other medical services. The charges are as per defined packages which the professionals/service providers pay in order to get listed on the Medihelp platform (Web and Mobile App).

We at Medihelp are strong believers in the policy of protecting the privacy right of the users of our website. The information you provide when you make any transaction on our site is used to customize your order with the names and other details of the sender and recipients. Medihelp, does not share the details of users of its site with any other oraganization or person whomsoever.

Medihelp collects just the personal information, you provide at the time of registration as a new user. When you register, you provide us information, including your name, address, telephone no, email ID, etc.

Medihelp has the feature which allows the app user who is in the medical emergency to seek help from the volunteers and medical volunteers (Doctors and Nurses) who are nearby. We use the background location services to capture the location coordinates of volunteers and medi volunteers registered in the app at certain time intervals. It allows our app to locate nearby volunteers and send them a request for the help, when any user uses the medical emergency feature.
